CPN is a regional network of the EAAP that aims to facilitate cooperation among cybercrime prosecutors in the Eastern Africa region. Cybercrime is one of the new and growing forms of transnational crimes in the region. Countries in the region have weak legal frameworks to combat cybercrimes or new laws that prosecutors should be well versed in.
