EAAP DOCUMENTATION

This section includes important texts produced by The EAAP or other affiliated organisations. As it develops we expect it to be an invaluable source of reference learning resources and source of data relevant to all prosecutors in the region.


EAAP CONSTITUTION

The East Africa Association of Prosecutors Constitution was developed and adopted during the first General Meeting taking place on 4 February 2010, in Kampala, Uganda.


EAAP STRATEGIC PLAN

The East Africa Association of Prosecutors first Strategic Plan was developed and adopted in 2016, in an annual general meeting held in Naivasha, Kenya.


EAAP KEY LAWS

The EAAP national prosecution authorities are established by their national Constitutions and or legislation available below.
