The Intermediate Level Workshop held in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania from 1st – 3rd October 2025 built upon the foundational training by strengthening operational expertise in MLA, extradition, transfer of criminal proceedings/sentence persons and Joint Investigation Teams (JITs).
Opening remarks were delivered by representatives of the EU Delegation, EAAP Representative, the National Prosecutions Service of Tanzania, and EU-ACT Judicial Expert Margarita de la Barga.
Expert sessions were facilitated by Bárbara Sargenti (Italy) and Nicolás Pérez-Serrano (Spain), focusing on practical case exercises and cross-border cooperation challenges.
