Lusaka, Zambia – Intermediate Level Workshop (6th – 8th October 2025) was the second Intermediate Level workshop further strengthened prosecutors’ operational capacity in Mutual Legal Assistance, extradition procedures, and the practical application of Joint Investigation Teams in complex transnational investigations.
The training featured contributions from EU-ACT judicial experts and practitioners who guided participants through case simulations and operational challenges in international judicial cooperation.
The Attorney General, Mr. Mulilo Dimas Kabesha, SC, Zambia’s Central Competent Authority, provided invaluable insights on JIT implementation and coordination across jurisdictions.
